My entrepreneurship story

In my life, I have been exposed to entrepreneurship on many different occasions because my grandpa actually started his own business. About 25 years ago, my grandfather started his own company in the masonry industry. I actually currently work in the company for the time being while I finish up my schooling. Throughout my life, he has given me many tips about how to successfully run a company and it has helped me out a lot in deciding what I want to do in life. The one thing that has stuck to my head is him telling me that know matter if it's good or bad, you have to take responsibility for your company's work. That has stuck to my head because you always see other people being blamed inside of company's rather than the owner coming forward owning the mistakes. He has also always told me that I need a plan even if I don't want to start up my own business. Having a plan is always something that can be helpful to any human being. There are a couple of reasons that I enrolled in this course. First, I needed to take the class for my major that I am seeking at the University. Secondly, I am really interested in entrepreneurship and want to learn as much as I can in the course. Without completely making up my mind on what I actually want to do, running my own business is still a vital option for me. What I hope to get from this class is all the knowledge possible that comes with entrepreneurship.

  3. Hey Zachrey! Great blog post! That is so cool that your grandfather taught you those valuable lessons. They are definitely important if you want to pursue a career in business or entrepreneurship. There are a few grammatical errors, so make sure you are proofreading. Also, it might be helpful to add more pictures to break up the text a little. That way, you won't have just a block of text. However, very interesting post! Here is a link to my blog if you want to take a look: http://morganjohnsonblog.blogspot.com/2016/01/my-entrepreneurship-story.html

  7. Your grandfather sound like a big influence on you and your career. It is such a blessing to have someone close to you teach you what they have learned about entrepreneurship through years of experience. I have had several similar role models and mentors who have been there guiding me in many aspects of my life. I hope that experience with your grandfather continues to show in your blog posts.
